Summary
We will establish an academic drug discovery platform enabling us to explore LLPS in the PSD in the context of drug discovery. The platform will be used to develop peptide-based modulators of LLPS in the PSD tackling a wide range of brain diseases, commonly known as synaptopathies. The grant will help us to acquire instrumentation to establish this platform, and to acquire a multimodal imaging platform and centrifuges
