This conference will treat diverse aspects of the 2000 year-history of runes! This will be done from a multitude of disciplinary perspectives offering a broad, truly multidisciplinary synthesis of the role of runes and their shifting meaning and relevance in mythology, ritual and literature and society broadly understood throughout the ages.
