Summary
Short DNA and RNA sequences called oligonucleotides form the basis for new therapeutics and nanomaterials. The technology relies on the synthesis and purification of tailored oligonucleotides that are chemically modified and/or conjugated to other entities. To achieve highly pure synthetic DNA/RNA oligonucleotides, a state-of-the-art analytical and preparative HPLC system is the precondition.
