This project investigates the development of relationships between expatriates and host country nationals (HCNs), and particularly focuses on the HCN perspective. HCNs are the largest group of employees in multinational enterprises, yet they are often neglected. The generated knowledge will contribute to International Business and benefit practice by enabling better cooperation.
