Summary
DECC builds a data infrastructure for a project including 2 work packages that aim to (i) develop a new digital exclusion measure, and (ii) examine its impact on social and democratic exclusion. The infrastructure comprises 2 large-N data sets on digital exclusion conducted among retired and unemployed Danes. DECC will produce 3-4 papers, and contribute to qualifying debates about digitalization.
