Strategic Interaction in Corporate Finance refers to the interdependence of firms with different "actors" in our economy, such as competitors, investors, customers, regulatory bodies, and the environment. Studies often suffer from focusing on selected aspects in isolation. Rather, we are interested in the reaction and interplay between the actors and the possible feedback effects.
