Learning Anatomical Correspondence

We will develop a machine learning method for learning an anatomical coordinate system. Thereby, we can do statistics on the shape of anatomical objects and link this to physiology. For instance, we can see which shapes of knees (bones, cartilages, and muscles) are related to pain. And thereby understand which types of knee pain that may be treated by physiotherapy, changing the muscle shape.
