Summary
Synthetic organic chemistry is driven by the development of new and improved methods for making pharmaceuticals for the benefit of humankind. The goal of this project is to develop novel chemical reactions that address the concern of the huge amounts of waste that is created through drug manufacturing. Acquiring an NMR spectrometer as an analytical tool is essential for our project to succeed.
