Summary

Disko Bay is a biodiversity hotspot and home to 20% of Greenland's inhabitants. It is undergoing a rapid change including diminished ice cover, increased ship traffic and significant changes in the zooplankton community affecting the ecology of the bay. Using multidisciplinary research projects, we aim to describe the effects of these changes to both marine mammals and local communities.
