This interdisciplinary and international workshop brings together scholars from different academic backgrounds and at different career stages. It will offer new approaches to the concepts of crime and punishment, and to the relevant institutions and discourse that regulated and facilitated the prosecution of crimes and the imposition of penalties in the ancient Greek city-states.
