Summary
During a 4-month stay at the University of Milan, I will investigate how AI-based planning, scheduling and performance systems affect care staff’s job, employment and income security in Danish long-term care—and with it the quality of care. Working with leading Italian scholars, I will sharpen the comparative policy perspective and co-author a paper using SCOaPP-10’s AI/workplace module.
