The foundation’s CEO assumes the responsibility under Danish foundation law for the foundation’s day-to-day operations and activities in the foundation’s secretariat and departments (the Carlsberg Research Laboratory, Frederiksborg • Museum of National History and the Tuborg Foundation) in collaboration with the respective department managements.
