Resumé
The project will investigate changes in freshwater runoff, glacial melt and sea ice production/melting in polar areas by measuring hydrographic conditions, oxygen isotopes (Δ18O) and other tracers on the coast and shelves around Greenland. The expected outcome is a better understanding of the relative contribution of meltwater from the Greenland Ice sheet to freshening of the seas around Greenland.
