Resumé
Our research analyses factors that can regulate dormant cells to become activated. Our cellular system consists of cells that are tightly packed. Therefore, it is essential that we can isolate single cells to characterise the effect in a cell-specific manner. Towards this, we paraffin embed all our samples and use laser isolation to isolate single cells. Isolated cells are then further processed towards molecular and biochemical analysis.
