Workshop on The English School and International Security

The foundations for global order are challenged by poly-crises, shifting power and by the return of war as an instrument of policy to the European continent. The workshop on the English School and international security aims to take stock of the new situation to increase our understanding of how security is navigated as a problem of international order in a rapidly changing world and to ask if English School theory needs adjustment to understand the changing global environment and to better cope with the increasing stress on, and contestation of, the existing global order institutions.
