The 7th International Vitamin Conference will be held 20-22 September 2023 at the IDA Conference Center at Kalvebod Brygge. Researchers from all over the world with a common interest in vitamins and their metabolites will once again meet. The program is broad and covers e.g. Sustainable food system for vitamin sufficiency and why vitamin K – discovered by the Dane Henrik Dam – is still a mystery.
