August 15 and 16, 2024, the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Copenhagen hosts the Scandinavian Actuarial Conference. Actuarial science is concerned with mathematical and statistical methods for risk assessment in relation to insurance and pensions. The goal is to gather experts and leaders in actuarial science to discuss new and important developments in the field.
