Resumé
This project will establish a cutting-edge multimodal imaging platform to rapidly capture high-resolution 3D, time-lapse, and large-area tiled images of organoids and tissues. This will empower our investigation to discern cell types and unravel spatial organization to identify and characterize biomarkers associated with disruptions caused by microbes, dietary factors, and pathological states.
