The Conception of Remedies in Human Rights Law

The project asks what reparations victims receive when their human rights are violated. It is often unclear what victims are likely to get and who in the process of human rights adjudication will decide which remedy is appropriate. The workshop will thus explore the conception of remedies to help victims clarify what remedies are available and who can claim them.
