Combined Raman Imaging and Quantum Sensing inside Live Cells

Organelles and cells are delineated by a lipid membrane with composition that appears to report on the health of the cell. Likewise, abundance of free radicals appears to be associated with the health of a living cell. In the project, we wish to demonstrate a combination of light-based methods that allow to measure lipid composition and abundance of free radicals simultaneously in single cells.
