Using virtual reality technology to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace

This project utilises virtual reality (VR) technology to advance research and practice on preventing sexual harassment in organisations. Specifically, the project focuses on the phenomenon of bystanders and investigates the behavior of individuals witnessing harassment in an immersive virtual reality experience. The team consists of researchers from CBS, INSEAD and University of Sydney.
