Resumé

By integrating confocal Raman microscopy with atomic force microscopy, we aim to correlate chemical composition with high-resolution surface topography and lateral features. This allows for the generation of 3D Raman volume images, offering detailed insights into both structural and chemical properties, such as the hydration and carbonation processes in a broad range of cementitious materials.
