Outer space is increasingly becoming a site of governance, commercial competition and geopolitical contestation as states and private companies expand beyond Earth. This international workshop brings together leading scholars and early-career researchers to examine how borders are transformed when questions of access, authority, jurisdiction and knowledge move into extraterrestrial environments.
