Resumé
SHARE (Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe) is an extensive interview-based survey among 50+ year old Europeans and addresses important topics in the ageing Denmark and Europe and thus facilitates research on ageing as well as policy actions to address its challenges, including health, retirement, economy and institutional matters. Also, the presently collected wave 8 as well as 9-10 will include questions on the elder's experiences with the COVID-19 pandemics. SHARE-DK is co-financed by a consortium of 6 Danish universities, together with support from (at present) 4 foundations. SHARE-DK is an acknowledged Danish research infrastructure: wave 6 and 7 were thus supported by the Danish NUFI program, and SHARE is a part of the 2020 Roadmap.
