Infrastructuralism

The intention with this project is to make public letters and documents relevant to the development of the Copenhagen School of Structuralism (Glossematics). Whereas the documentation of most other developments of structuralism around Europe has been lost, there is a wealth of material concerning the Danish tradition. This grant is a continuation of another project with a similar purpose. We intend to use the new grant to establish digital versions of some important papers from the archives. The most important findings so far are new documents concerning the revisions of the theory in the 1950'ies, concerning both the overall theory and more specific details, like the continuations of the theory of case.
